Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced environmental professional to lead permitting for oil & gas midstream and energy transition projects across the US. Location flexibility within the Gulf region enables work across multiple offices and clients.

The role requires strong experience with FERC processes, NEPA, and resource reporting, plus ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with HSSE and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience preparing/managing FERC permit applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for oil & gas midstream permitting and energy transition projects across the US.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination (Threatened & Endangered Species, Sections 404/10, CZMA, Section 106).
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support proposal development.
