Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an Engineer to advance pipeline safety, integrity, and regulatory excellence across its US pipeline system in Houston. You will work at the intersection of engineering, regulatory compliance, and program implementation to manage the Integrity Management Alternative and comply with 49 CFR 192.611(a)(4).

The role requires coordinating projects, tracking compliance, and collaborating with regulators, operations, and project teams to ensure effective risk-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of pipeline integrity engineering experience.
• Understanding of US Federal Pipeline Regulations (CFR 192) and standards.
• Experience in audits and regulatory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pipeline segments for eligibility and feasibility under the Integrity Management Alternative.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align technical, operational, and regulatory perspectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and track projects to meet programmatic requirements.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines, compliance milestones, and program performance with audit-ready docs.
• Analyze complex information and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support interactions with regulators, including inspection prep and responses.
