Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an Engineer to advance pipeline safety, integrity, and regulatory excellence for the US pipeline system. You will work at the intersection of engineering, regulatory compliance, and program implementation to support the Integrity Management Alternative.

The role requires 2–3 years in pipeline integrity engineering, a B.E. degree, and familiarity with CFR 192. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure timely, compliant program execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of pipeline integrity engineering experience.
• Understanding of US CFR 192 regulations and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate segments for eligibility under the Integrity Management Alternative and assess threats.
• Identify, prioritize, and track projects to meet program requirements.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Develop procedures and interpretations related to the program.
• Communicate regulatory positions and practical guidance across the organization.
• Support multiple concurrent activities balancing technical and regulatory priorities.
