Job summary

TC Energy in Houston seeks an Engineer to advance pipeline safety, integrity, and regulatory excellence across the US pipeline system. You will support the Integrity Management Alternative under 49 CFR §192.611(a)(4), coordinating projects and ensuring compliance is tracked and auditable.

You will work with engineering, compliance, operations, and project teams to shape a new regulatory framework, manage class location changes, and balance technical and regulatory priorities in a dynamic

Qualifications

2–3 years of pipeline integrity engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
US CFR 192 knowledge and understanding.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate segments for integrity threats and economic feasibility under the Integrity Management Alternative.
Identify and track projects to meet programmatic requirements and ensure compliance.
Monitor regulatory deadlines and maintain auditable documentation.
Develop procedures and interpretations related to the program.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
