Job summary

Alteryx Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager — Pipeline & Marketing Operations to lead cross‑functional GTM initiatives.

You will own the Pipeline Health & Growth governance, coordinating Marketing, Sales, SDR/ADR, and RevOps to close gaps in the funnel and ensure reliable visibility into performance. You will partner with the SVP of Demand Generation to translate priorities into a working rhythm, administer Asana/Confluence, and introduce lightweight agile practices to reduce fragmentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project or program management experience within B2B SaaS marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of GTM funnel mechanics: lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline waterfall, forecasting cadences, and attribution basics.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and hold stakeholders accountable across multiple teams, including outside one's own department, without direct authority.
• Experience running or directly supporting a recurring, leadership-level cross-functional cadence or committee.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a track record of standing up process and structure from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, cross-functional work into concise materials for senior leadership.
• Highly accountable, organized, and solution-oriented, with genuine follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Pipeline Health & Growth Committee: own cadence, agenda, action-item tracking, and follow-through.
• Hold cross-functional owners in Marketing, Sales, SDR/ADR, and RevOps accountable to commitments.
• Partner with SVP of Demand Generation to translate committee priorities into operating rhythm.
• Collaborate with data/insights teams to ensure dashboards provide reliable pipeline visibility.
• Support GTM funnel and pipeline cadences with project-management rigor as needed.
• Grow Marketing's operating framework by administering Asana and Confluence and introducing lightweight agile practices.
