Job summary

Alteryx is seeking an experienced program/project manager who speaks fluent GTM marketing, sales, and RevOps. You will sit with Sales, RevOps, SDR, and Marketing leaders to understand the funnel, identify where gaps live, and drive cross-functional discipline to close them.

Initially one‑third to one‑half of your time will serve as the dedicated PM for Pipeline Health & Growth in partnership with the SVP of Demand Generation; over time you’ll lead additional programs and help Marketing

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in PM/program management within B2B SaaS marketing ops, sales ops, or RevOps.
• Fluent understanding of GTM funnel mechanics and attribution basics.
• Proven ability to align multiple teams without direct authority.
• Experience leading cross-functional cadences or governance forums.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps and SDR/ADR.
• Lead Pipeline Health & Growth initiatives and governance cadences.
• Translate priorities into operating rhythms and dashboards.
• Administer Marketing tools (Asana, Confluence) to track priorities.
• Introduce lightweight agile practices to reduce fragmentation.
