Job summary

ATS Welding, LLC is expanding its field leadership to supervise industrial construction and welding projects across refinery and pipeline sectors. You will oversee crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in superintendent roles, strong leadership, and ability to travel to project sites while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. OQ knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a Superintendent or higher position within refinery, pipeline construction, welding, or related field.
• OQ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage crews on industrial, refinery and pipeline construction tasks, including welding and pipefitting.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate daily work activities, timesheets, reports, photos, schedules, and budgets to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety standards and procedures, ensuring OSHA compliance and Operator Qualifications (OQs).
• Communicate with team, contractors, and clients to align on progress and goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members to foster safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues, making critical decisions for smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones to upper management.
• Ensure welding and fabrication meet industry standards and client specs.
