Job summary

DT Midstream seeks a regulatory compliance professional to ensure pipeline safety and regulatory adherence across the company’s assets. The role collaborates with operations and construction teams to uphold MAOP policies and implement continuous improvement in pipeline integrity programs.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Codes and Regulatory, with travel to field locations and some overnight stays. Strong writing skills and PHMSA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of natural gas operations or support experience; hazardous liquid experience is a plus.
• Senior level requires 6 years of natural gas ops experience; hazardous liquids preferred.
• Experience with PHMSA regulations and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of DOT Operator Qualification Program.
• Familiarity with GIS systems, SCADA, and pipeline data analysis tools.
• Strong technical writing and procedural documentation experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for field inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PHMSA, FERC, OSHA, and state pipeline safety rules.
• Travel to field and office locations to collaborate with operations and construction teams.
• Maintain MAOP documentation and identify segments requiring reconfirmation.
• Support integrity management programs per federal requirements.
• Work with engineering and operations to address deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections.
• Prepare responses to audit findings and enforcement actions.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Develop audit readiness programs and mock inspections.
• Review and maintain O&M Plan procedures and records.
• Contribute to quality control of construction records and system documentation.
