Job summary

DT Midstream seeks a regulatory compliance professional to ensure pipeline safety regulations are met across the organization. You will work with operations and construction teams to maintain MAOP documentation, support risk assessments, and drive corrective actions to ensure industry-leading safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of natural gas operations, maintenance or support experience; some hazardous liquid experience is preferred
• Knowledge of PHMSA regulations and compliance programs
• Knowledge of DOT Operator Qualification Program
• Working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 192 (and Part 195 preferred)
• Familiarity with GIS systems, SCADA, and pipeline data analysis tools
• Strong technical writing skills and procedure writing
• Ability to travel to field locations and conduct inspections

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PHMSA (49 CFR Parts 190–199), FERC, OSHA, and state pipeline safety rules
• Travel to field and office locations to collaborate with operations and construction personnel
• Maintain MAOP documentation for pipeline systems
• Identify segments requiring MAOP reconfirmation
• Support integrity management programs (IMP) in line with federal requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address deficiencies and corrective actions
• Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections
• Prepare responses to audit findings and enforcement actions
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely resolution
• Develop audit readiness programs and mock inspections
• Review and maintain Company’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plan
• Review and write procedures within the O&M Plan
• Provide quality control on O&M records
• Review construction records for compliance with Company specs
• Contribute to special projects as assigned
