Job summary

DT Midstream (DTM) seeks an experienced engineer to ensure pipeline systems and operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The role collaborates with operations and construction to uphold pipeline safety standards and the Company’s O&M Plan, emphasizing regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of integrity and safety programs.

The position reports to Senior Manager, Codes and Regulatory, with travel to field locations and occasional

Qualifications

• Senior: 6 years of natural gas operations, maintenance or support experience
• Level II: 3 years of natural gas operations, maintenance or support experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company-driving standards
• Experience with PHMSA regulations and compliance programs
• Knowledge of DOT Operator Qualification Program

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PHMSA, FERC, OSHA and state pipeline safety rules
• Maintain MAOP documentation and identify segments requiring reconfirmation
• Develop materials verification and audit readiness programs
• Support integrity management programs (IMP) per federal requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to findings
• Review and maintain Company O&M Plan procedures and records
• Travel to field locations and collaborate with operations and construction teams
• Participate in risk assessments and corrective actions
• Prepare responses to enforcement actions and track corrective actions
