Qualifications

• Education, certifications and experience aligned with industrial mechanical construction requirements.
• Minimum 7+ years in industrial mechanical construction.
• At least 3 years supervisory or leadership experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities to align with project plans and schedules.
• Manage site labor and allocate personnel to tasks.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor work progress and enforce quality standards.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety regulations are followed.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays.
• Stay informed of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, and site personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, safety incidents, and progress.
