Job summary

You will manage field crews, coordinate with CAD detailing and the weld shop, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Strong leadership, communication, and prefabrication insight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of verifiable experience as a Commercial Pipefitter Superintendent in large-scale facilities.
• Proven leadership to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee scheduling, staffing, and coordination.
• Technical proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to identify and implement prefabrication opportunities.
• Excellent communication to lead, train, and mentor employees.
• Clean driving record (5+ years) and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipefitting field crews, CAD detailing teams, and pipe weld shop for project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to meet deadlines and budget.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and ensure compliance with codes.
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and material usage to optimize profitability.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations onsite.
• Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain momentum.
