McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitting Superintendent to lead pipefitting and mechanical construction on field projects.

The role involves directing field foremen and trade partners, aligning with project schedule, quality, safety, and budget goals. Based in Phoenix with potential travel to nearby states, the ideal candidate will independently lead complex pipefitting scopes with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of applicable field leadership experience.
• Significant experience in pipefitting, mechanical, or MEP construction field operations.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting systems and sequencing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

Responsabilités

• Lead pipefitting field activities and coordinate with foremen and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and work scopes for pipefitting systems.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across pipefitting operations.
• Manage field labor, material resources, and equipment for pipefitting work.
• Coordinate startups, testing, balancing, and turnover activities.
