Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, is seeking a Superintendent to oversee industrial mechanical construction projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control on large-scale initiatives.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to optimize labor, materials, and timelines while ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications

• Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Must possess licenses/certifications as required by regulations.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial mechanical construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency in scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities to align with plans and schedules.
• Manage site labor and assign tasks to personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules for timely completion.
