Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, is seeking a Superintendent to oversee industrial mechanical construction projects from field execution to completion. The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include supervising site labor, coordinating with PMs and subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation. Strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and fluent leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 7+ years in industrial mechanical construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read construction blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in scheduling software: Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities to align with project plans and schedules.
• Manage site labor and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules for on-time completion.
• Monitor progress and enforce quality standards and safety.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment; resolve field issues.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, safety incidents, and progress.
• Stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations and report to project managers.
