Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter license or recognized journeyman-level experience is required.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in commercial or industrial pipefitting.
• Strong knowledge of systems, materials, and installation techniques is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, and repair piping systems including various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Perform pipe cutting, fitting, and installation for HVAC and process applications.
• Conduct pressure testing and system inspections for code compliance.
• Mentor apprentice pipefitters while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Skills

Journeyman Pipefitter license or recognized journeyman-level experience

Minimum 4–6 years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience

Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation methods

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical documentation

Basic math skills including fractions, measurements, and layout calculations

Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
