Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage).
• Ability to read civil construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Experience developing and managing three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead earthwork, trenching, pipe installation safely and efficiently.
• Develop and execute three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Review time sheets and ensure quantities align with budget.
• Maintain client relationships and provide project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Prepare daily activity reports and field photos.
