Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks a Senior Michigan PIP Claim Specialist to manage complex no-fault claims from inception to resolution. You will review coverage, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with attorneys, guardians, and case managers in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong investigative and negotiation skills and knowledge of Michigan No-Fault law. Salary ranges from $76,700 to $119,433.60 annually with eligibility for an annual bonus; remote/home-office options are available

Qualifications

• ACG Claim Representative Training or equivalent knowledge.
• State Adjuster license eligibility within 90 days where required.
• Valid driver’s license for in-person duties.

Responsibilities

• Review claims and contact insured/parties; set expectations.
• Complete coverage analysis and identify benefits/subrogation.
• Investigate facts to determine payments and limits.
• Document files and coordinate with Underwriting/Recovery units.
• Negotiate settlements and refer complex cases to specialists.
