Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help rebuild a PIM system for a major client. The role emphasizes strong PIM experience and collaboration across UX, Product, and Compass UI teams, including refining user stories and documenting requirements.

You will participate in Agile/Scrum processes, manage multiple work streams, and continuously align with technical leads to ensure backend needs are properly captured and implemented.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PIM experience is mandatory.
• Experience with GCP.
• Experience working with CRM tools for marketing technology or operational email platforms.
• Excellent program management skills with multiple work streams and cross‑team coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience on Agile projects and Scrum execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily meetings with Compass UI Team.
• Analyze business requests and deliver comprehensive user stories.
• Collaborate with UX designer and Macy’s Product Manager to gather clear requirements.
• Conduct refinements sessions explaining user stories written.
• Write documentation aligned to business requirements.
• Weekly alignment with the tech lead to ensure backend requirements are up to date.
