Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for Product Information Management (PIM) to own technical health, architecture, and evolution of enterprise PIM platforms in a large retail environment.

You will lead integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, PLM, and data governance initiatives, and provide Level 2/3 support while partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting enterprise applications in retail/eCommerce or distribution.
• 7+ years implementing or supporting PIM platforms.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud-based enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support, troubleshooting complex PIM issues.
• Lead technical implementation and enhancement projects for PIM platforms.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrtaions between PIM and ERP/PLM/DAM/WMS systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident/change management per ITIL.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on roadmap and governance.
