Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Century City, CA seeks a Senior Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney who will independently manage high-value pre-litigation plaintiff cases and mentor junior staff.

You will draft demand packages, negotiate with insurers and defense counsel, analyze liability and damages, and collaborate with leadership to improve workflows.

Active CA Bar, 8+ years PI experience, and JD required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Proven track record of negotiating high-value settlements.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within a legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-value plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Draft demand packages, negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel, and participate in mediations.
• Analyze complex liability, coverage, medical treatment progression, and damages.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to refine SOPs and improve workflow efficiency.
• Serve as the primary advisor, providing guidance and regular case updates to clients.
