This full-time role offers $190,000–$230,000 annually plus performance bonuses, health coverage, bar dues support, MCLE coverage, and leadership opportunities.

Required CA bar in good standing, 8+ years PI pre-litigation experience, and strong negotiation skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (pre-litigation).
• Proven track record of negotiating substantial, high-value settlements.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of high-value PI cases from intake to settlement.
• Settlement negotiation with insurance adjusters and defense counsel; participate in mediations.
• Strategic case evaluation of liability, coverage, damages; transition to litigation when needed.
• Team leadership and mentorship of junior attorneys and support staff.
• Department innovation to refine SOPs and improve workflow.
• Client advocacy with high-touch updates.
