Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited school and active Georgia bar membership.
• 3–6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience in Georgia.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia personal injury laws and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Case evaluation, client intake, and managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Provide legal analysis, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel; advocate in hearings.
• Collaborate with experts and coordinate with junior staff; mentor teammates.
• Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines; ensure compliance.
• Engage in CLE and firm representation to promote professional growth.
