Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years of work experience required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills; good teamwork.
• Note: Full cycle trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• You are expected to work with clients and staff to discuss and resolve cases.
• You are to show compassion and empathy, earning the client trust, confidence and respect.
• You provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding status, demands, offers and negotiate claims.
• You are required to report to the office; this position requires little to no travel.
