CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of personal injury litigation experience and strong document drafting skills.

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload.

A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
• PERSONAL INJURY8+yearsexperience
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
• Drafting Discovery Responses
• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
• Calendaring litigation timelines
• Conducting status update calls with clients
• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
• Assist in trial preparation
• Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred; Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience a strong plus.
