Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in communications, marketing planning, or program management within an academic medical center or healthcare system.
• Experience working with or supporting physician audiences in an academic medical center or healthcare system.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted communications and marketing initiatives for specialized audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute tactical deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support development of specialty and sub-specialty communications strategies to engage physician audiences.
• Translate clinical differentiators into targeted physician-facing messaging.
• Refine audience segmentation for specialty needs and differentiation.
• Coordinate with Relationship Lead to align specialty strategies with growth priorities.
• Plan physician reputation-building initiatives within key micro-communities and specialties.
• Lead execution of specialty marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement among physician audiences.
• Develop tailored content for physician audiences; ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Own conference strategy and NYULH presence within key specialty spaces.
