Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for clinical talent across multiple specialties. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through contract negotiations—and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline with residents, fellows, and practicing physicians.

The position requires strong relationships with medical leadership and a willingness to travel up to 20% for TA events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of physician recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic physician recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the offer process.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and meetings with medical leadership.
• Negotiate employment contracts and assist with compensation/benefits packages.
• Travel to regional and national recruiting events to maintain candidate pipelines and relationships.
