Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent experienced ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money-motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches.

This position will be full time remote and will require domestic travel 10% or less.
