Job Opportunity:

Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent experienced ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money-motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.
  2. Attend industry networking events/ conferences, job fairs/ school events.
  3. Build a large pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locations.
  4. Screen and qualify candidates via phone calls/ zoom.
  5. Present open job searches to candidates.
  6. Match candidates with clients that are a good fit.
  7. Manage a large book of client accounts.
  8. Place a large amount of candidates in open positions quickly.
  9. Manage multiple accounts and client relationships.
  10. Assist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start date.
  11. Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of doctors (ODs & MDs).
  12. Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of clients.
  13. Serve as a consultant to both candidates and clients.
  14. This position will require regular interfacing with internal company and client leadership teams to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate and strategize on recruitment approaches that will yield the best outcomes.
  15. Work and adapt in a fast paced environment.
  16. Daily & Weekly reporting.
  17. Work together with other team members to drive company results.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  1. MUST HAVE 2+ years of proven positive results as a doctor or physician recruiter (Optometrist / Ophthalmologist experience preferred).
  2. Preferred experience is 5-10 years of proven positive results as a doctor or physician recruiter.
  3. MUST HAVE work experience in an agency setting or 3rd party doctor recruiting company.
  4. Experience with heavy cold calling (via phone, email, text, linkedin).
  5. Self confident and driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Professionalism and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly.
  9. Ability to be persuasive and overcome objections.
  10. Strong sales skills.
  11. Ability to close candidates in negotiation phases.
  12. Coachability and eagerness to learn.
  13. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  14. Microsoft Office experience.
  15. LinkedIn experience.
  16. Money motivated.
  17. Have strong drive, motivation, and follow through to meet goals and yield success.
  18. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & innovative environment while being eager to make a significant impact on our growing success.
  19. Passion for providing outstanding candidate and client support.
  20. The right person to fill this role is someone who is hungry to deliver positive results and money driven.

Compensation:

  1. Competitive Salary + Results based Large Un-Capped Commission.
  2. Commission is a large part of this package.

Our home office is located in New York.

This position will be full time remote and will require domestic travel 10% or less.
