Job summary

United Health Services is seeking a Physician Practice Supervisor II for the Endwell Primary Care clinic to oversee daily operations of a high-volume facility, supporting more than six providers and 20+ clinical and clerical staff.

You will lead scheduling, workflow coordination, regulatory compliance, and staff development while partnering with providers to drive quality care, efficiency, and practice growth in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Endwell Primary Care clinic.
• Manage provider, patient, and staffing schedules.
• Coordinate workflow, meetings, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Lead a large team with 17+ direct reports in partnership with providers to support growth.
