Qualifications

  • Experience working across functions to drive outcomes in provider relations or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Translates enterprise provider relations strategy into regional programs with defined goals.
  • Owns execution and performance of multi-market/provider network initiatives.
  • Standardizes tools and processes across teams for scalability.
  • Manages high-priority provider relationships critical to service line growth.
  • Monitors performance metrics and provides insights to leadership.
