Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 6 years of progressive experience in provider relations required.
• Experience leading complex projects, programs, or initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership of staff or teams.
• Experience working across functions to drive outcomes in provider relations, network development, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise provider relations strategy into regional or service line programs with defined goals, timelines, and performance targets.
• Own execution and performance of multi-market/provider network initiatives, ensuring alignment with access, growth, and patient experience priorities.
• Standardize tools, processes, and engagement approaches across assigned teams to enable scalability and consistency.
• Manage high-priority or complex provider relationships critical to service line growth or market performance.
• Monitor performance metrics across regions, driving targeted interventions to improve underperforming areas.
