• Experience working across functions to drive outcomes in provider relations, network development, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise provider relations strategy into regional programs with defined goals and timelines.
• Own execution and performance of multi-market provider network initiatives.
• Standardize tools, processes, and engagement approaches across teams for scalability.
• Manage high-priority or complex provider relationships critical to service line growth and market performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
