Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or marketing experience plus 5 years of clinical background, or 2 years healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• General medical knowledge related to organization services, treatment offerings and equipment.
• Experience with CRM/PRM tools.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Bachelor's in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Markets Shriners Children’s directly to referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and physician offices via visits, media or meetings to drive new referral growth.
• Maintains existing referring relationships through exceptional customer service and retention activities.
• Evaluates payer mix and explores opportunities to support referral efforts.
• Analyzes market data to set referral goals and measure outcomes.
• Keeps accurate CRM records and coordinates with facilities to address physician issues.
