Job summary

Clarify Health is seeking a Senior Physician Liaison to lead field engagement with physicians and practice staff while coaching client teams. You’ll drive change management and translate data into actionable insights, balancing field work with training responsibilities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, territory ownership, and collaboration with internal teams to overcome adoption barriers and optimize value-based care execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others; formal management experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned providers (physicians, practice administrators, and staff).
• Conduct regular interactions to review performance, co-develop improvement plans, and address barriers to change.
• Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach.
• Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for assigned providers internally.
