Job summary

Translucent AI in Union Square, New York City, is seeking a founding Technical Implementation Lead to own the technical delivery of Physician Enterprise across accounts. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client teams, shaping requirements, scope, and quality.

You'll work directly with an Account Owner, guiding data models and ensuring successful deployments across health systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on technical work and direct ownership of client-facing delivery
• Deep fluency in physician enterprise operations or finance
• Ability to read data models and evaluate integrations or configurations
• Comfort leading through expertise without formal authority in a pod setting

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation across every enterprise account: scoping, requirements, delivery plans
• Lead requirements sessions translating provider productivity, labor cost, service-line performance into structured scope
• Act as the final decision-maker and quality check for all work produced by your pods
• Manage day-to-day activity of your product's pod(s): prioritizing work, unblocking engineers, maintaining delivery
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Engineering on net-new product development and roadmaps
• Build and maintain the delivery plan for Physician Enterprise across accounts: milestones, risks, sign-offs
• Own the transition from active build to steady-state technical ownership post-launch
• Help build implementation playbooks and standards for easier deployment at next accounts
