Job summary

Translucent is building an agentic AI platform for healthcare finance. We seek an Implementation Lead for Physician Enterprise to own technical delivery across accounts, from requirements to steady-state ownership, partnering with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Owners, drive technical decisions, and play a pivotal role in shaping deployment playbooks and standards for future accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience across hands-on technical work and client-facing delivery.
• Deep fluency in physician enterprise operations or finance.
• Genuine technical fluency: read data models and evaluate integrations.
• Comfort leading through expertise with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of Physician Enterprise across enterprise accounts.
• Lead requirements gathering with client stakeholders to translate problems into technical scope.
• Act as final decision-maker and quality check for all pod work.
• Manage day-to-day pod activity: prioritize work and unblock engineers.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering on net-new product development.
• Build and maintain delivery plans across accounts with milestones and risks.
• Own the transition from build to steady-state ownership post-launch.
• Help build playbooks and standards to ease deployment at next account.
