You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate clinical and financial requirements into robust AI systems, benchmarks, and datasets tested against real-world physician enterprise tasks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physician enterprise or related ops, with exposure to compensation design and benchmarking.
• Experience translating complex workflows into structured data and rules for analytics.
• Ability to deliver high-quality analyses under deadlines.
• Strong communication with physicians and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop SME expertise in medical group and employed-physician ops to support AI product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define AI systems for enterprise workflows.
• Build benchmarks and datasets to evaluate models on physician tasks like wRVU analysis and compensation modeling.
• Partner with customer delivery to translate clinical and financial requirements into solutions.
