• Physician Assistant National Certificate at hire.

Aufgaben

• Examine patients, perform physical exams, and compile medical data.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage treatment plans.
• Provide or assist in surgical procedures as a First Assistant when applicable.
• Perform perioperative education and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with supervising physician and care teams for continuity of care.
• Mentor less experienced Physician Assistants and participate in performance improvement.
