Alameda Health System in Oakland, CA seeks a Physical Therapist Supervisor to oversee a small team of therapists, aides and students. You will evaluate and treat a broad patient population, and contribute to program planning and quality improvement.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and care teams, ensure accurate documentation, and model safe, evidence-based care. Requires CA PT license and BLS; prior supervisory experience a plus.

Competenze

• Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Current California licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS - Basic Life Support Certification (AHA).
• Experience supervising PT staff or students is preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise a small group of physical therapists, aides, and students.
• Evaluate and treat a broad spectrum of patients under supervision.
• Participate in program planning and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain clear documentation of evaluations, progress notes and charges.
