Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Physical Therapy evaluation and treatments.

• Knowledge of use of prosthetic and orthotic devices ambulatory aides, assistive and resistive devices, and training.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work with all types and levels of patients.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise PT Assistants and aides in direct patient care and related activities.
• Document services in medical records and ensure billing data consistency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and plans.
• Educate patients, families, and nursing staff on treatment protocols.
• Maintain safety and professional standards in all patient interactions.
• Contribute to program development and continuing education.
