PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in the medical records. You will supervise PT assistants and train facility staff, coordinating with physicians and families to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with a Masters or Doctorate preferred; licensure in the state is required, along with continuing education and competency in Net Health and Point

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and train facility staff.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per requirements.
