Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Edmonds, WA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a skilled care setting. You will develop treatment plans, educate staff and families, and document progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current, active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• CPR certification as required for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations initiated by MD orders or payer guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for best functional outcomes.
• Educate staff, patients, and families on benefits and outcomes of interventions.
• Complete accurate documentation: evaluations, progress notes, summaries, reports.
• Screen individuals who may benefit from therapy and coordinate care across team.
• supervise assistants and rehab staff per state guidelines.
• Engage in continuing education and program development.
• Refer to other rehab team members as needed.
