Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and strength.
• Supervise PT assistants and staff in resident care.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise and safety techniques.
