Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed PT.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop a plan.
• Provide care per physician plan, agency policy and standards.
• Experience instructing family members and aides in PT techniques.
• Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR.
