Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible to practice.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
