Memorial Health is seeking a Physical Therapist IV to join our team in Illinois. The role requires an IL license and 8+ years of experience, with CPR preferred.

The therapist will provide assessments, diagnosis, and interventions, and will lead program development and education within the department. The PT IV will collaborate across teams, promote evidence-based practice, and drive performance improvement while supporting Memorial Health’s standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualificações

• P.T. license in the State of Illinois is required.
• 8+ years of experience in physical therapy are required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move patients 50–100 lbs.

Responsabilidades
