Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Security Manager to lead the physical security program, overseeing operations, access control, CCTV, and incident response. You will develop policies, manage vendors, and coordinate with Facilities, HR, Legal, IT, and leadership to protect people and assets.

You will drive security projects from concept to commissioning, maintain audit readiness, and deliver executive-level briefings on risk and performance. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in security are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in corporate security, criminal justice, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in security leadership.
• Experience managing contract guard services and third-party vendors.
• Experience leading security-related projects (access control, CCTV, or perimeter security).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations and access control.
• Manage contract guard force performance, staffing, and training.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Coordinate emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on security risks and program metrics.
