Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the physical security organization, including operations, contracts, and project delivery. You will develop policies, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional risk mitigation with Facilities, HR, Legal, IT, and leadership to ensure a robust security program.

The role requires overseeing security systems, incident response, and security governance while ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years progressive experience in corporate security or related field.
• 2 years managing contract guard services and vendors.
• Experience leading security-related projects and incident response.
• Willing to be responsive during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations (access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor management).
• Manage contract guard force performance, staffing, training, and supervision.
• Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and post orders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity efforts.
• Lead security projects from concept to handoff, including budgeting and scheduling.
