Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing physical security operations in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, or campus environments.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and security platforms.
• Proven leadership in an operational setting and ability to manage budgets, vendors and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a 24/7 physical security program with contract security and personnel.
• Ensure protection of facilities, assets, employees, and visitors; maintain policies and standards.
• Oversee budgets, staffing plans, and vendor contracts to deliver value.
• Drive FTZ security compliance and regulatory audits; coordinate with agencies.
• Support business continuity, crisis management and incident response.
• Develop and manage contracts/SOWs with security service providers.
