Job summary

Ally is seeking a Physical Security Manager to lead the security program at the Ally Charlotte Center. You will drive incidents, manage a large team of security professionals, and align security with business objectives.

You will partner with Crisis Management, Workplace, and IT to implement risk-based strategies, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. This pivotal role requires onsite leadership five days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Physical Security experience with at least 3 years in Incident management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or relevant field of study preferred.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading staff in Physical Security and Incident Management.
• Experience identifying, planning, and executing actions for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Physical Security program and coordinate with Crisis Management, Corporate Workplace, Executive Protection, and IT.
• Manage 121 direct reports including Contract Security and Coordinators.
• Develop budgets and long-term security plans with Senior Director of Physical Security.
• Oversee incident management, detection, response, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
